Baking Failure with Linky

These look good, but the ground tea in the cookies gave it a bitter aftertaste, and the chocolate in the bread turned out bitter too.

I once had a business meeting catered and ordered "green tea cheesake" I had no idea it would actually have tea leaves in it. Not so good....
