Crocheted Windmill Dishcloth



After making the knitted version of the dishcloth, I thought I would try making a crocheted version, I use the back-loops only throughout the dishcloth, but it is not necessary.






Crocheted Windmill Pattern:



Chain 21

Row 1: sc in second chain from hook, sc across - 20 sc

Row 2: ch 1, sc in the next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in the next 11 sc, sc 2 tog over next 2 sc

Row 3: ch 1, sc 2 tog over next 2 sc, sc in the next 11 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in the next 6 sc

Row 4: Same as row 2

Row 5: Same as row 3

Row 6: Same as row 2

Row 7: ch1,sc 2 tog over next 2 sc, sc in the next 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in the next 6 sc

Row 8: ch 1, sc in the next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in the next 5 sc, sc 2 tog over next 2 sc

Row 9: Same as row 7

Row 10: Same as row 8

Row 11: Same as row 7

Row 12: ch1, sc in the next 14 sc, 12 sc along edge of wedge back toward center

Row 13: ch1, sc in next 20 sc



Repeat rows 2-13 5 more times, ending with row 12 on the final wedge.



Sew seam.
