Cafe Mokuteki

My husband managed this cafe from  about 1999-2003. This cafe is located on Misawa Air Base in Japan.
He loved being here and wished we did not have to leave.

  4. Hi Julie,

I love the blue entrance; I'd have gone in. It's cute using the name "Global" and using globe for lights.

We were shopping at Hobby Lobby!

    Have a Happy Blue Monday!

  8. Looks like a cool place. Did you go back recently? It must have been nice to have a place to go that was in English.

  11. Looks to be quite a large cafe. I hope your husband is enjoying his present work as much as he did here.

  12. I think this would be a very nice place to dine for lunch or breakfast. Thanks for sharing. As they say home is where the heart is, and if he makes a home out of the next job he'll be just fine.

  13. I live what you did with the photo of the large menu boards. Great colors. I always thought it would be fun to run a restaurant, but also a lot of work and long hours.
