I knew vehicle charging stations exist, today (June 11, 2022) was the first time I have ever seen them in person.
This particular charging station was in a parking garage. I don't know how it takes to charge a vehicle, but if it takes longer than an hour ( the first hour in the parking garage is free), your are not only paying to charge the vehicle, but paying to be in the parking garage. This might not be a big deal if you were going to be there anyway.
I would not be surprised if the next vehicle we get is an electric vehicle, especially if there are more opportunities/ places to charge the vehicle.
We're start to see more charging stations even here in rural Maine.

ReplyDeleteI think they have ones that charge extra quickly so 10-15 mins. But I could be wrong. They are in lots of carparks here. So you charge while shopping or at the casino. Our next car will be electric. Husband looking at one next week but we're not quite ready....
